Q: How many times can I get funding from the STER programme?
A: You can only benefit from the programme once. Only one trip or arrival is funded.
Q: Can I fund a trip from a source other than STER?
A: Yes. If the cost of participation exceeds the grant from the STER project, the participant may seek funding from another source as long as it avoids double funding of expenses.
Q: Will I receive 100% funding prior to departure?
A: Prior to departure, the participant receives 90% funding, the remaining 10% of the costs are reimbursed once the trip is settled.
Q: Should information about the funding be included in all publications and reports related to the activities carried out in the project?
